all vehicle services start with 

-engine flush additive running engine to operating temp before replacing oil/filter and drain plug washer.

- checking of air filter,  cabin filter, ev/hibrid fan filters (yes they have them and not in the log book).

- fan belts for condition and or adjustment.

- all fluid levels and condition.

-suspension assembly inspection

- ball joint inspections and  wheel bearing inspection. greasing of driveline inc tail shafts, ball joints, suspension pins.

- tyre and brake inspection and report of wear measurement and dedusting and adjustment of drum brake systems.

-lights and wiper blades checked and replaced, as well as log book service tasks checked for possible work required by the manufacturer for the particular serve km's/date items.

-road tested for 15km for final service report 

machinery services every 250hrs start with 

-engine flush additive running engine to operating temp then replacing engine oil, oil filter, sump plug washer.

-replacing air filter's (some inner and outer fitted), fuel filter's main and secondary filter.

-collapsing hydraulic rams and inspecting hydraulic fluid level and condition of fluid.

-testing coolant %, level, cap, recovery tank and pressure test.

-drive belts, hoses and lines, engine and drive line damage or leaks.

-greasing of all point, pins, gears and expand drive tracks and idler rollers.

-controls tested for operation and seat channels de-dusted lubricated as generally weathered.

We advise on crucial maintenance for transmission, differentials, and driveline systems, typically at 40,000-60,000km intervals. due to hi stress of stop start driving and short distance below operating temperatures causing premature wear that is commonly overlooked by most or set by manufactures to make servicing look cheaper compared to competitors and or keeping caped price services low till vehicle out of warranty

we advise drive portal oils to replaced on machinery servicing every 250hrs

we advise in hydraulic filters be changed every 500hrs and hydraulic fluid replaced every 1000hr service.

We test brake fluid every service for moisture and recommend replacement every 2 year's. 

brake fluid absorbs moisture causing corrosion of parts and materials within the system and can cause boiling of brake fluid causing air pockets causing brake failure brake fluid boiling point generally starts from around 280deg C for dot 3 and the higher the grade the higher the boiling point (water boils at 100 deg C at sea level).

we test coolant refraction % every service and recommend coolant flush/replacement every 3-5 years, ensuring optimal performance. as coolant contains acids and acid neutraliser's so when toped up you only dilute the mixture potentially damaging the system due to  contamination.
